Product details
The SPRO Trout Master Net Handle is a versatile two-piece landing net handle designed for anglers seeking durability, convenience and flexibility. Its modular construction allows the handle length to be adjusted for different fishing situations, whether on rivers or lakes.
TWO INDEPENDENTLY USABLE SECTIONS
The handle consists of two sections approximately 95 cm long, which connect to provide a total assembled length of 1.80 m.
Each section features a non-slip grip and can be used individually.
This provides two configurations:
Short configuration with one section approximately 95 cm long
Full-length configuration with both sections assembled, measuring 180 cm
SUITABLE FOR FLY FISHING COMPETITIONS
The ability to use a single section is particularly useful for competitive fly anglers.
Under the Belgian CSPM/BFFC 2025–2026 competition regulations, the maximum overall landing net length is 122 cm for river fishing and bank fishing on lakes, and 160 cm for boat fishing.
When used with one approximately 95 cm section, the handle may therefore comply with competition regulations, provided the attached net head does not cause the overall length to exceed the permitted limit. The net mesh must also be knotless and non-abrasive.
PRACTICAL AND DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
The detachable construction makes the handle easy to transport and store. Non-slip grips provide secure handling, even in wet conditions.
The handle is designed for compatible landing net heads, which are sold separately.
