The Guideline ULS+ Multi-Tip Kit is the evolution of the original ULS Multi-Tip system, developed for anglers looking for maximum versatility with single-hand and light switch rods.
The system combines a compact floating body with interchangeable 10 ft / 4 g / 63 grain tips. Three densities are supplied with the kit: Float, Intermediate and Sink 3. This makes it possible to quickly adjust fishing depth without changing the entire fly line.
Particularly effective for swinging flies, it is an excellent choice for salmon, sea trout and trout fishing, especially on small to medium-sized rivers where casting space can be limited.

10’ / 4 G / 63 GRAIN TIPS
The ULS+ system uses lightweight 10 ft, 4 g / 63 grain tips.
Unlike the heavier dual-density Scandi Tips, these lightweight tips feature a single density throughout their entire length. This provides a consistent and effective sinking action with the sinking models.
They are built on a low-stretch 20 lb monofilament core.
THREE DENSITIES INCLUDED
The kit includes three tips to cover different fishing depths:
Float — for surface and near-surface presentations
Intermediate — for fishing the fly slightly below the surface
Sink 3 — for reaching deeper water more quickly
Changing the tip allows the presentation to be quickly adapted to water level, current speed and required fishing depth.
ADDITIONAL DENSITIES AVAILABLE
The system can be expanded with Guideline 10’ / 4 g / 63 grain Scandi Tips.

This allows an extremely versatile system to be built around a single floating body.
UPDATED ULS+ TAPER
Guideline has refined the original ULS taper to improve the relationship between line length and weight.
Most of the body features a stable level section carrying the majority of the weight, followed by a short front taper designed specifically to work with lightweight 4 g tips.
This design makes loading the rod easy and provides excellent casting performance with relatively little line outside the rod tip.
EXCELLENT IN TIGHT SPACES
The compact length of the system is a major advantage when backcasting space is limited.
It is particularly well suited to small and medium-sized rivers, overgrown banks and situations where longer shooting heads become difficult to handle.
The system loads the rod quickly and provides excellent shooting ability.
SUPPLER COATING
The ULS+ generation features an updated coating formula providing increased suppleness and significantly reduced memory.
This improves line handling and casting performance while reducing coiling, particularly in colder water temperatures.
LOW-STRETCH CORE
The body is built on Guideline's proprietary core with only 6% stretch.
This low-stretch construction provides excellent connection and feel during both casting and fishing.
The 10’ / 4 g tips use a low-stretch 20 lb monofilament core.
PRE-LOOPED CONNECTIONS
The body and tips feature looped connections for fast and convenient rigging.
Changing density therefore takes only a few moments without rebuilding the complete setup.
ID markings also make the different components easier to identify.
100% PHTHALATE-FREE
The PVC coating used on both the body and tips is 100% free from dangerous phthalates.
The kit is supplied in a zippered mesh wallet with individual compartments for organised storage.
