Product details

Thanks to the success of the Elevation single hand rods, Guideline has added a selection of nymph rods! These nymph rods are lightweight and offer a well-balanced and crisp action. Four-piece rods with down-locking reel seat for great balance, custom designed cork grip and butt. Medium fast flex with sensitive tip section for long casts and when fishing thin tippets. The snake guide next to tip guide reduces tangles and line wrapping around the blank.

The first stripper guide is placed very close to grip to avoid line-sag and line control loss. The tip is buit with a balanced flex that will absorb violent shakes and bursts from large fish even on fine tippets. The blank has a matte coating. The spiral pattern prevents thin nymph lines to stick to the wet blank and restrict distance when fishing. These are top modern, light-weight rods with an action that suits all anglers.
10´2" #2 The lightest rod in the series for the dedicated angler who wants a delicate and sensitive rod that handles light lines and tippets. Don't be fooled by its lightness and sensitivity, this rod has enough back bone to handle heavier nymphs as well as larger fish.

10´6" #3 No doubt, this rod is the most versatile of the three. It is still  fine and light for smaller streams and very thin leaders. Because it has more length and strength it can handle larger fish and bigger rivers. The extra power of the blank makes a rod that can cast a regular fly line with ease. If fish start rising, one can present a dry fly properly.

10´2" #4 If you fish in larger streams or rivers, with bigger and heavier flies, this rod isfor you! Designed to better cover bigger and rougher waters which hold contains larger fish. It is a bit shorter than the #3 rod but works great as a light, all round trout rod for casting a regular fly line and handling light leaders.
