The Guideline Classic Scandi Body is a highly versatile multi-tip system designed primarily for double-hand rods. Its longer profile compared with the Compact Scandi provides very stable flight, excellent shooting performance and effortless distance on larger rivers.
It is available in three densities: Float, S1/S3 and S3/S5. The sinking versions feature a progressive density configuration designed to provide improved sinking performance.
COMPATIBLE WITH SCANDI TIPS
The Classic Scandi Body is designed for use with Guideline Scandi Tips. Recommended tip length and weight depend on the selected body:
26 g / 400 grains — 10 to 15’ / 7 to 9 g tips
29 g / 450 grains — 10 to 15’ / 7 to 9 g tips
32 g / 495 grains — 12 to 18’ / 9 to 13 g tips
35 g / 540 grains — 12 to 18’ / 9 to 13 g tips
39 g / 600 grains — 15 to 18’ / 9 to 13 g tips
This modular system allows anglers to combine different tip lengths and densities to quickly adapt their presentation to changing river conditions.
