To tie egg flies with egg-yarn, one has to spin yarn. Eggstasy is built on a core which means you can simply tie it like a chenille. The fibre itself sets Eggstasy apart from other yarns. It's the first material to be made from a game-changing synthetic fibre 'Next Generation' (NX-Gen Fibre). These micro thin fibres are designed to trap water forming an almost slush-like texture like a sponge when wet. The fibres are translucent which allows light to travel through the egg/blob - as opposed to standard Egg Yarn. NX-Gen Fibre moves attractively through the water, unlike egg yarn which remains static. The egg looks almost life-like.
