Free delivery for orders above 50.00 Euro. For smaller orders, 8.00 Euro shipping.

2. France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany

Free delivery for orders above 100.00 Euro. For smaller orders, 10.00 Euro shipping.

3. Austria, Denmark, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Finland

Free delivery for orders above 100.00 Euro.

For smaller orders, 16.00 Euro shipping.

4. Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Norway, Greece, Cyprus, Russia, Estonia, Hungria, Latvia, Lituania, Malta, Poland, Czech republic, Romania, Slovakia.

Free delivery for orders above 200.00 Euro.

For smaller orders, 20.00 Euro shipping.

5. France DOM-TOM

France OM1 – Guadeloupe (includes St Barthelemy et St Martin), Martinique, Reunion, Guyane, Mayotte, St Pierre and Miquelon.

For smaller orders, 20.00 Euro shipping.

France OM2 – New Caledonia, French Polynesia.

Parcels are delivered by Bpost (Belgian Postal Services) or one of his sub-contractors. Delivery takes 3 to 4 (week) days. For all other countries, please allow 3 to 7 days depending on your location, after placing your order.

The goods are delivered at the address entered when ordering. T.O.F. cannot be held accountable for any delays due to strickes, postal problems, weather conditions, etc… 

(We don't deliver in Monaco and Andorra).


You have the right to return the goods withing 14 days after delivery. 

The Belgian law on commerce, information and consumer protection of April 06th 2010 allows the buyer to notify the seller that he/she wishes to cancel the purchase and return the goods within 14 working days after purchase or delivery. If you wish so, you may cancel your order in the order history of your account if payment has not yet been made. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the parcel, you wil have to notify us and return the goods within 7 days after reception. We will refund upon receiving the returned goods. Shipping of returned goods as at charge of the buyer. 


Products "in stock" are shipped at the latest 24 h after placing you order. If the order contains one or several products requiring a longer delay, delivery of the total order will be put on hold until we receive the goods from the manufacturer. In this case, please allow 5 to 8 days for delivery. Our system has integrated stock management software. Despite all our efforts, it may happen that a product tagged as "available", is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you and discuss the best possible solution for you.

If it appears that one or several products is no longer available, you will be advised by phone or email. You will have the option to change your order or receive a refund for the missing products. All refunds will be executed by bank transfer.
